I-AME 2027 Pre-registration
July 9–18, 2027, Prague

We are now accepting pre-registrations for the I-AME 2027 Master Academy for aspiring professional musicians and the Music Camp for children under 14.

Pre-registration is non-binding. You will be able to confirm or update your information later in the final application.

If you pre-register by November 30, 2026, you can subsequently confirm your place by paying the reservation fee and secure the I-AME 2027 participation fee at the same level as in 2026.

The reservation fee will be deducted from the total course fee. In case of cancellation by the participant, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
1/ Music Camp is suitable for children under 14 who pursue music as a hobby and have other interests and activities. Daily individual lessons are shorter (45 minutes), and the program is more varied: it includes chamber music, orchestra according to the child’s level and experience, and, where appropriate, improvisation lessons and art activities. We provide supervision during free time.

2/ Master Academy is designed primarily for older participants, but we also welcome younger children with a serious interest in music and the potential for further musical studies. Participants have longer individual lessons (60 minutes), more chamber music opportunities (often in two ensembles), and the opportunity to play in an orchestra with more challenging repertoire. The program is also structured to allow sufficient time for individual practice and preparation.

3/ Jazz Program focuses on practical jazz training, improvisation, and ensemble playing. Participants have individual lessons, improvisation classes, and work in smaller groups. The program also includes sectional rehearsals for different instrument groups and joint work in a big band. The results of this work are presented at I-AME concerts. Selected Jazz Program activities are also open to students from other programs, depending on their level, interest, and the capacity of individual groups. A fee category corresponding to the Music Camp will be available for participants under 14.

4/ Individual Lessons Do you not have time to participate in the entire program but are still interested in individual lessons with our outstanding teachers and artists? You can register for individual lessons only. The number of participants in this category is limited, and acceptance is subject to the availability of individual teachers. Participants in this program do not take part in chamber music or orchestra and may attend concerts only as audience members. Meals and accommodation are not provided.

5/ Passive Participation is recommended for parents accompanying their children to the courses, teachers, and other family members. Registered passive participants may attend selected course activities, accompany children to their lessons, join the shared lunches, and have free admission to all events and concerts organized by I-AME, including the trip to Tloskov.

6/ Professional Development for Music Teachers is intended for music teachers and educators who would like to broaden their experience and gain inspiration for their own teaching. They may observe lessons given by Czech and international faculty, follow their work with students, and participate in selected professional activities. The program also provides opportunities for consultations and the exchange of experience with colleagues. A certificate of attendance is available upon request.
