APOLOGY
I hereby apologize to Vadim Mazo, Jiří Havlík and the registered association AMEROPA for the unlawful use of the name „Ameropa“ (in the form of „Ameropa Music“) that occurred in 2021, 2022 and at least the first 4 months of 2023. The use of the parallel name „Ameropa Music“ in the new organization was incorrect and resulted in damage to the Ameropa organization, and the unlawful use of the name „Ameropa“ was confirmed by the judgment of the Regional Court in Prague dated 7/12/2022, No. 73 Cm 66/2022-73, which became effective on 25/1/2023.
