Member of the Symphonic Band of the Municipal School of Music “Pablo Casals” since 1995, member of the Madrid Youth Orchestra from June 2000 to June 2004, member of the Extremadura Young Orchestra (OJEX) from 2005 to 2007. Belonging to the Young National Orchestra of Spain (JONDE), from December 2005 to December 2007. Member of the brass group “Andalusian Brass” with different performances on different stages and events. Soloist of the Symphonic Band of the Superior Conservatory of Music of Madrid performing the Strauss Concert No. 1 (2006-2007 Course). 1st. Horn player in the Musical theatre “La Bella y la Bestia” since August 2007. 1st Musical Performer in “The last horseman” (Madrid 2013). Horn Player of the musical theatre “Los Miserables” (2013-2014). Titular horn player for the musical theatre “Billy Elliot” (Madrid 2017 to March 2020).

José has collaborated with different bands and orchestras: Pablo Casals de Leganés Symphonic Band, Guadalajara Orchestra, Spain Philharmonic Orchestra, Madrid Municipal Music Band, Extremadura Symphony Orchestra, National Orchestra of Romanian Opera. He was also selected as horn player in the test of the “Orquestra do Norte” of Portugal. In the summer of 2016, the Band “La lira de Pozuelo”, of which he was a guest artist, won the First Prize in the honorary section of the International Bands Competition “Ciudad de Valencia”. In this competition the role of the horns was very important.

Mr. Robles is recently solo hornist at the Opera “Marina”, by Emilio Arrieta, with recognized mastery. He is currently a member of the Santa Cecilia Classical Orchestra (Spain), and a member of the “Barquisimetal” Brass Quintet, as well as the chamber music group “Hispania Harmonía”. He has been a chamber music teacher in the “Ameropa” course in Prague in 2019.
